In her practice, Tereza focuses mainly on real estate law, advising clients on legal due diligence of real estate, drafting and negotiating comprehensive documentation related to the acquisition, sale, exchange or encumbrance of real estate, as well as leasing of commercial and non-residential premises, both from the landlord's and tenant's perspective.

Tereza also deals with corporate, employment, family and consumer law. She also represents clients in various court proceedings. During her studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, Tereza completed a specialization module in medical law, which she also applies in her practice.

After finishing her studies in 2016, Tereza joined rovenska.partners as a trainee lawyer and has been working there as an attorney since 2020. In 2024, she received a certificate from the Czech Bar Association for completing a continuing legal education program for attorneys. Tereza is fluent in both Czech and English languages.
