Consumers

The amount of fees for our legal services is determined on a case-by-case basis under an individual agreement with the consumer, taking into account the amount of time required, as well as the complexity and overall value of the given case. The fee structure may be agreed with the consumer in the form of hourly fees, a flat-rate compensation for specific legal action, a lump-sum fee or a contingent fee. In addition to professional fees, the consumers may be charged for the reimbursement of expenses and compensation for time lost in transit or on hold. We are registered taxpayers of value-added tax.

The Czech Bar Association (www.cak.cz) is authorized to settle disputes between attorneys and consumers arising under agreements on the provision of legal services, pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended.
