We provide legal services in the area of data protection, both in connection with the current legal framework and in connection with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which is set to come into force on 25 May 2018. In this respect, we offer our clients in particular:

• analyses of existing internal policies and procedures, and proposals as to how to bring them in line with the applicable law,
• support in implementing the GDPR,
• drafting pertinent documents for data protection purposes,
• legal advice in connection with the processing of employee data, and the monitoring of employees,
• legal advice in connection with the processing of consumer data within the context of marketing activities,
• representation before the Data Protection Office.
